I finally had WNJ8 performed on my 2020 4S. It took 1.5 days. I will add to this discussion a few items that I noticed that I don’t recall having read in the forums:
Favorites. I like the separate source format for the Favorites. While it took a little time to figure out (because it’s a little...
I finally had the service done. My car is a 2020 4S, so for me it as WNJ8. Dropped the car off on Monday morning, and they were finished by Tuesday afternoon. Haven't really driven the car, but I don't think that was what the OP cared about.
UPDATE: I have now driven the car numerous times, and...
While I have had many EVs/plugins, I only have had one at a time, since I have never been able to convince my wife/kids to go EV themselves until recently. Soon, we will have two!
Looks great! I was so close to getting one for my wife. She loved the car, but was challenged by it’s turning radius, which is a strange pet peeve for her.

Those of us who have had CarPlay all this time with the battle between the native Apple Music app. It is just something that you get used to. I will note that the battle between Sirius XM and CarPlay is also fairly routine as well. The system does not appear to have a great "last state" memory...
How many miles have you logged since the update? I would charge to 100% after about 200 miles and compare. You do need time logged driving with the new software.
Question: When you use the next channel button when you are on the "Favorites" as a "Source," does it now skip through your Favorites instead of all channels? If so, that at least would be an improvement from the peculiar configuration.
Unfortunately, the Plug and Charge feature is the only feature that is confirmed (by at least some sources) NOT to be part of the upgrade for 2020 cars.
