There will probably be options as there is many of the cars on the road. But we could hope that many of the failures at that point have shown and been addressed while the cars are in warranty.

Looks good - And to be expected on the Tacan. If you start with a low SoC and right temp of the battery that is the charge curve you can expect. By far the most common limiting factor when charging is the chargers ability to deliver. Especially when the stations are busy they throttle heavily...

Welcome and congratulations on the new car. I've had mine for 3 years now and it has no question been the best car I have ever owned. Even though it has its quirks and a good warranty is advisable (although I have not used it on mine yet). Have fun :)

I guess I was not thorough enough reading it ;) Having observed my car charging today I and mine did eventually end up showing matching values between car and charger later during the charge. Well, Porsche continues to impress - and not in a positive way.
