Mine arrived today too. They must have a monthly batch job :) I plugged in at Ionity Perth this week and it didn't plug and charge. Had to scan the QR code. Can't find the plug and charge setting on a quick scan of the PCM.

I had this issue and also couldn't sign into my PorscheID in the car so got the setup screen all the time. The dealer did a terminal 30 reset and it resolved both issues.

They probably decided having an app called Porsche Connect was breaching lots of advertising standards because it's never connected. The fact they need downtime shows their software development practises are very dated.
