So, I tried another charging unit at Perth on the trip back home today and it worked fine. At least I know it's working now and maybe just a glitch with that attempt.
How successful have people been with Ionity Plug and Charge ? I tried it today at Perth having activated it in the PCM. I plugged in the charger and it authorised correctly but then never moved to the charging phase. The charger said Plug and Charge Authorised. The car had a spinner on the PCM...
Mine arrived today too. They must have a monthly batch job :)
I plugged in at Ionity Perth this week and it didn't plug and charge. Had to scan the QR code. Can't find the plug and charge setting on a quick scan of the PCM.
I had this issue and also couldn't sign into my PorscheID in the car so got the setup screen all the time. The dealer did a terminal 30 reset and it resolved both issues.
I had this issue in December/early Jan. The dealer eventually solved it with a Terminal 30 reset. It's been fine for the last two weeks.
The procedure is described here.

I was going to pull the fuse...
Various, need to go through setup screen everytime I use the car, back wiper not touching the rear screen, can't login to the PCM as menus missing, charging stops after 7 mins, carplay drop outs,.
A bit like a 1980's skoda :) Except it cost £100K
I think Porsche will be in trouble unless they...
Interesting indeed. I haven't received a new card after registering my new CT. But when I tried to charge it at Ionity and it didn't work, I hadn't registered the car for charging so the network wouldn't know about the car.
If only I had the car to try it. It's been back at the dealer for the...
If you're happy charging at 11kW on the 22kW public chargers then don't tick the box. It's a ridiculous price to pay for something you get included on a Renault Zoe. I just added it for the convenience of getting the full charge rate on a 22kW public unit as I got caught out with my last Taycan...
I think you'll need a new card. I'm in a similar position. I have a 4S and have replaced it with a CT4. I tried the 4S card at IONITY last week and it didn't work because my credit card had been replaced. I tried updating the card details on my porsche but the card seems to be tied to the car...
For Scotland, I find it useful even although I don't have 3 phase at home. I didn't have it on my original 4S but speced it on the CT4. I often visit east dunbartonshire and some other council areas where they seem to have more 22kW options than DC. At least you know if you can't get a working...
I expect this is another MY22 bug. I have the same on my new CT4. Didn't happen on the MY20 4S.
Even if you go to the car without the key the cluster is slightly lit and the P symbol is illuminated.
Adrian, you're lucky to have an older car that behaves itself. The new cars still drive great...
Not if you have a MY22.
I could login for 2 weeks after collection. After that all I get is the setup screen when I start the car and all the menu items associated with login are missing.
My SOS light is green and I am receiving map updates so I have a data connection. I'm hoping all these...
They probably decided having an app called Porsche Connect was breaching lots of advertising standards because it's never connected.
The fact they need downtime shows their software development practises are very dated.
I think it's means fuse 15. See this from another thread which recommends pulling flug 30.

I have the same issue on a MY22. Was working for two weeks then stopped after a dealer visit. It doesn't seem to be getting acknowledged as a known issue in the UK.
I need to go through the setup everytime I use the car and all the login options are missing.
I think the MY2022 software is full of bugs. I had an early 2020 4s and had no major issues, the odd glitch in the PCM but took all the updates and was all working well.
I collected a CT4 in mid November and it's got lots of issues and it gets worse by the week.
- Rear wiper issue than got...
I'm seeing a similar low range on my new CT4.
When I picked up my original Taycan 4S in July 2020 the range was 200-210 on full charge then extended to 250ish after a 1000 miles or so but reduced to 220ish during the winter then back to 250 in the summer.
The CT4 only has 600 miles on it and...
I just took delvery of a CT4 and really like the extra visibility over the Coupe. I had the 4S coupe for a year and the visibility was dreadful.
However, the rear wiper on my CT4 doesn't have enough pressure to provide a clear wipe of the window. It's 1-2 mms off the screen in the middle of the...
I've just taken delivery of a CT4, after driving a Taycan 4S for 12 month but I traded that back in July as I got a good offer given the supply issues. I'm trying to get to grips with charging again as I didn't ever figure out the best approach first time around. I know this has been discussed...
