I lease my Taycan from Porsche and the various connected services work fine. Not sure why a lease company would block them as admin/payment is via the online myporsche portal. Various important functions are administered via connected services: PVTS, apple music, Porsche Charging Service etc.
Similar happened to me last year with some kind of safety sensor, was told it could be weeks as the dealer could not determine when the part would be available, I prepared for a long wait and 3 days later the part arrived and was fitted. Fingers crossed you are not left waiting too long.
I use Gretna most and it has been 100% reliable, it achieves the full 250/260kW when charging with less than 30%. Also use Leeds Skelton from time to time and find it less predictable, often less speed than expected so I think the individual station is a factor.
I took Porsche lease and paid it under SS. If you go down this route, ask for a quote for service and maintenance (inc tyres) package, was only £2,700 for 54k miles over 3 years, excellent value for c. 3 services and c. 4 sets of tyres (had my first new set at 13k miles).
It has only recently started showing status in my car and so far has been accurate (only 1 test!). My understanding is that the first number is the number of charging points available, rather than number in use.

I have Innodrive and you can set it follow the speed limit or not. I leave the speed limit following function off so it only slows for corners, roundabouts etc however it approaches these either too fast or too slow for my liking so I rarely use it. The ACC is excellent, I use it regularly...
Hope you are back on the road soon and Porsche can give you a clear root cause,. My 22kW charger had a software update applied when the recalls were done recently, unfortunately I don't have detail of why it was updated.
I've had no bluetooth connection to my phone a few times, however recently (touch wood) it has been ok. I've only suffered it on short journeys when not using any satnav so not sure if it was problem 1 or 2, suspect problem 2. I do find that my car regularly loses my favourite radio stations (c...
Here are few photos, raining today as normal. I find the "P O R S C H E" too prominent in the standard version, it is much more subtle in the black version, you can only read it when up relatively close. The background is dark silver/back. Looks really great with the red light strip on.
