Try deselecting the auto time setting box, then enter the correct date and time manually (both). Once finished try rechecking the set automatically box.
I get lots of attention from all ages, most notably, young people 12-25ish. They love the car. Funny because we’ve been told that generation doesn’t like cars.
Perhaps I found it strange because I’ve lived in Germany with a U.S. spec 911 and Cayenne. When both of those are changed to KPH, the main digital readout is set to KPH, and only the left speedo gauge (needle and dial) indicates MPH.
Yes, swapped would would be a better way. I have no complaints seeing both values, but the main tube should display the selected value. Swapping temperatures can be done independently.
JimBob summed it up pretty well. Follow what’s written in the owners manual, and be wary of what someone told you. MY ‘22 US Taycans specify 80% for daily use. Seems like ‘20 & ‘21 US Taycans May have specified 85%, based on what has been said on this forum.
I like it for aggressive drivingt gives good feedback. I don’t like the drone at low speeds. It reminds me of a failing wheel bearing.
It is useful for warning pedestrians in busy places.
Overall, the sounds it makes are fantastic and well conceived. It’s just the annoying drone at low...
I’ve had a ‘22 for a month and a half. I’ve only ever had the colored icon, and don’t know what the old AWD display was like. What I’m learning is that as folks get this new update, I may have had more time to discover the various options.
I’ve only ever had the color screen, so I can’t speak to what was, but you can choose what apps are on the left side of the screen (LHD).
My comment is for whomever mentioned that the notifications icon is missing from the far right side. I moved notifications to the far left on the vertical...
I had my first occurrence of this yesterday. From D to N after stopping on a hill. Upon trying to accelerate away it went into Neutral. The car rolled back until I figured it out. Late April early May build. ‘22 CT4.
I think the differences in speed limits are based on a host of factors that are not engineering related, more likely liability, testing, etc. The method of attachment is very similar between the Thule set and Porsche set. As you mentioned, impacts to efficiency are the real challenges.
I considered an RWD, and it watched video or two of RWD Teslas in Montreal, they did fine on snow tires. RWD 911’s do fine on snow tires. The only time I’d say no is during the middle of a blizzard. Stay home no matter what you’re driving during the blizzard.
Agree with the comment that the software onboard the car could be more intuitive. Take for example the General profile, "Minimum charge" is the chosen label to describe "Maximum charge." I do understand the nuances of how to work timers and profiles together thanks to threads like this. In...
