FWIW, I too had an old non-homelink compatible garage door opener. I got one of these that retrofitted onto my existing opener to make it homelink compatible. Easy to install and worked like a charm.

My car arrived at the dealer the other day and I went by to introduce myself. Car looks great! But I was again struck with how poor the visibility is out the rear view mirror. Seems like pulling out the rear seat headrests would help quite a bit. Has anyone tried this? Are they even...
I really like it. I went for the red with my car, but am having second thoughts. I got tired of paying for every little option, and decided I didn't want to pay for another option with the leather.
Mine too! Arrived yesterday. Now waiting for the certificate of origin, so I can get it registered. In the meantime, I’m having it PPF’d and ceramic coating.
Totally agree. I'd prefer to charge to 100% as well. And I do plan on charging every day. I want to make it a habit after I park in my garage to plug in the charger, otherwise I'm afraid I might forget to plug it in when I should. Isn't there a buffer (as mentioned above) that keeps you from...
Thanks. So the home management system is what I’m talking about? What’s that? I’m wondering if there’s something I can use to monitor how much electricity and dollars I’ve used to charge the car.
Putting the cable on the floor won’t work for me. I’d run over it. The garage wall is only about...
After many months, I may get my car next week. I need to finish up my charging setup. I have the mobile charger connect mounted in my garage, with the 25 foot cable going to the spot where I'll plug it into the car, with about 6 feet of slack to spare. Any more thoughts on how I should hang...
I'm calling detailing shops in the area about getting a full car PPF wrap, and ceramic coating. I just talked to a shop, the guy sounded like he knew his stuff, and he strongly recommends against doing PPF on the wheels. (I will have the Mission E wheels, painted white). I know some people on...
They do outsource it. Why is that better than having someone do it outside the dealer? I want the best product, but having the dealer handle it has nice convenience factor.
They quoted me $6500 for Premiumshield Elite, plus $995 for the Simoniz. I did some research, and the Premiumshield...
Anyone familiar with Simoniz? My car is due in by the end of the week, and I asked my dealer to give me a quote on full PPF and ceramic sealing. I don’t know what they proposed for the PPF, but for the ceramic, they quoted Simoniz. I haven’t seen that mentioned here.
