How many heaters is that though?
You may win on lowest mileage (did it break on the way back from the dealer 😆). But I think we have had 5 replacements on here?
Anyway, it suggests they've obviously not fixed it with the latest version then.
Just a question I would be interested in from our US members.
Do many people in the US prefer to buy Tesla because they are an American company (national loyalty)?
Just read a few articles re UK new car sales figures for 2025.
Basically saying that EV prices will have to go up, as they are currently costing manufacturers £11k per car sold.
Completely unsustainable.
If new prices increase, I would imagine used will start to follow.
I've learned that discussing politics is futile, especially on car forums.
......even though that's what I'm doing now!
🤣
Infinite dynamics and personal circumstances means one size can never fit all.
Interestingly, looking at just my own leanings over the last few years has seen many changes...
.......looking at pic.
Assuming this chain aren't chasing Michelin Stars?
😁
If they are, they may need to add a few delicate coloured little petals with a pair of tweezers and 7 drops of strategically placed 'Jus' round the edge.
But to actually do the 1.9s.......
it will require a 1ft roll out on a hot drag strip, with special tyres after the car has waited to get into its special mode for a few minutes.
Then it will do it once on a full charge (if the planets also align at the same time and you are wearing your lucky...
Judging by your recent post @D00notD00d the 111 point check was just a box ticking exercise by the dealer.
Would have been 5, but in November I pulled out of buying a demo j1.2, 300 miles away, because on collection the paintwork condition wasn’t as described, the 111 point check doc was a joke...
From memory........
I think variations of; wheel size and alloy style, tyre brand, model year, model (4s etc), RAS (or not), climate/location have been affected.
Even driving style, as some (like me) rarely had the chance to drive the car aggressively. Never tracked.
Uncertain on any J1.2...
I had the problem and didn't have rear wheel steering.
I also had a RWD without Sport Chrono, so there was no Sport Plus setting and I very seldom used it in Low ride height or Range mode.
Depreciation on my Taycan was about normal from my car ownership experience.
I usually assume depreciation of about 50% over 3 years ownership.
Bought it new in Aug 2021 and p/x for a BMW in Nov 2024 for about 50%.
But that's UK and OP is in the US, so probably irrelevant.
I wonder whether used EV prices have bottomed out. The stats (UK) certainly suggest so.....

In my view, all we need is a spike in the price of oil and I can see people regretting not buying one in...
I've owned dozens of cars over the last 40+ years.
Quick brain dump...... Golf R, GTI's, V6 4motion, VR6, R32s, Audi S3s, S4, A4, BMW M2, Fiat Coupe 20v turbo, Celica ST, Scirocco Storm, VW Corrado, Honda CRX's.....etc etc.
Even a 5hitty Ford XR2!
Never had a single recall on any of them till...

Last year when my Taycan was due in at the dealers yet again, it actually led to me selling it as I couldn't get an appointment or a loan car for 3 months.
I decided to go and see them about it as I really wasnt happy.
The service manager said they always have way more Taycans in than all the...
