Asking for a friend.
He want a J1.2 battery in exchange for his J1.1 CT TS. He is asking how he can get his J1.1 battery to deteriorate as soon as possible.....
Hi Chun. Would this issue normally be covered under Approved?
I am in the Netherlands and when I last checked my fans I see quite some debris. May be a matter of time before they fail. I have approved warranty though.
In any case, my Porsche Center will clean them, at a service cost though as I...
And now get some rest @ct14garage / Christian. You must have gotten 1000 questions. We need you in well rested state. Keep up the good work. Amazing posts.
Cheers.
See below the results of @Jasper4S (right) en my results on the left.
Jasper drives a 4S, I drive a TS.
Is there anything to get out of comparison between 2 cars in general?
Its more a question to @ct14garage as with the data you are gathering it is very interesting to see if there are any...
Thank you will do daily now. Will throw in a few LCs as well. .see if that speeds up the process that leads to a new J1.2 :)
Great app must say. Good work.
Seems healthy? All green. IsoRes Batt +/- are equal. I am allowed 500+ more launch controls I guess with this readout.
Turbo S CT MY22 (built date nov 2021). Odo: 58.000 km. Mainly 11kWh charging at home. Often to 100%.
@ct14garage healthy no?
Would be weird if that is the case. It is their software actually but they choose not to install it as it takes too much time per car. Likely PC does not get paid for that by PAG, unless it is recall work.
Asking for a friend.
Would it be technically possible to create a read out that shows bad cells (yellow/red)
Apparently it takes many hours to have it installed and Porsche Centers seem to have decided not to offer this service to J1.1 owners. Very sad indeed.
Wondering if anyone on the forum...
Sorry one more question. Is there a chance under WRS0/WRS1 that also a battery change may happen...or only with ARB6/7....or is there no severity difference between all these campaigns?
Cheers and thank you.
For example, my car is a MY22 TS CT (production date nov 2021) and is stated as WRS0....however, these LG batteries come out of the same factory and other cars do have WRS6 or other numbers.
Does WRS0 warrant that nothing will happen to this battery?...while essentially all can be flawed! I do...
Many thanks Christian. Great job you are doing!
What I find hard to understand, except for the financial impact for Porsche / LG, is that supposedly as stated by Porsche only a limited number of batteries have these kinds of serious errors.
This while the batteries are assembled in the same...
Main fuse.
I have 3 fase and all is fused...but I also have a few main porcelain fuses left (these are sealed by the energy company), that one blew.
Along with the 22kwh OBC.
I charge at home with 11KWh though.
Just to be sure....better be safe than sorry. Potentially trading in a TS CT for a CT4 or ST4S is still quite a decision. In talka with the dealer, let's see what comes out. Forking out a lot of cash for such a trade is not going to happen. I do value the looks and feel of the TS CT as well...
