I am very sure it will.
You won't definitely find out, until you have a warranty-claim.
Porsche dealer will not take any risk and tell you, it is void.
Welcome to the club!
EXACTLY the same experience.
1 week ownership: 1st rear tire gone.
2 months later: next rear tire double-pierced by a bent screw out of hell.
Since then: bought an all new set with insurance on the tires and: nothing.
Thanks for your effort! Please keep us posted about the reliability.
I miss soft-close every time and again with my kids, as they often fail to close the doors properly, or they they slam the shit out of them. ?
Probably I nice future project.
Disclaimer:
Not native english, so maybe not perfectly adequate in my description.
My Turbo S makes a very subtle noise, sounding like brake-squeaking.
I can connect that noise to activity from one of the drive units, when giving power or recuperating either way. In N no noise.
I hear this...
PCCB do not throw brake-dust on the rims, which is a huge advantage.
They effectively reduce important unsprung weight for better handling.
They LOOK awesome and fill the rims.
No maintenance necessary (maybe pads after 6 years)
They are exclusive and give value to the Taycan.
Porsche brakes in...
The 20" Turbo S wheels are my "travel-wheels" but I favour them over the CT 21" at the moment. Very cool sporty chique...
(Off-set at rear axle is not optimal though)
The best I get on my Turbo S CT with offroad-design-package ist 390 km at 100%.
Don't get that very often though...driving the car like a Porsche wants to be driven. ?♂️
Where can I check which ARB is active?
Yes, that's also my solution!
I bought one on Amazon instead of printing.
I had the Pro-Clip but didn't like the position.
It also annoys passengers.
Using a cup-holder has several disadvantages, too.
At points, I depend on a different navigation but the PCM one.
Maps reacts to traffic jams a lot better than PCM (if at all).
On longer road-trips it already saved me hours (and I rather drive a detour than standing still on the highway).
Unfortunately PCM is not good at all in rerouting.
FE one cannot navigate in carplay and PCM simultaneously anymore.
@OP
For me, the only location, not obscuring or disturbing the design is on the left side next to the vent.
It's right in view, not disturbing the passenger space, not compromising the Taycan design.
