Need advice - My Taycan 4S is approaching 70,000 miles

Just had heater and on-board-charger replaced, as well as the ventilation module on one seat. I guess, this pays for at least 7 years of Porsche approved. All for zero and an e-Macan for my holiday-trip to Austria. Taycan was transported to my hometown dealership (180 km) and I took a taxi home...

Need advice - My Taycan 4S is approaching 70,000 miles

Porsche Approved insurance has a pricing model through all Porsche models with small differences. I could imagine, insurance claims are also calculated throughout the entire Porsche line-up. So this "cross-financing" includes high mileage Taycans as well as 911's with a yearly mileage of 1500.

    What is this Porsche bag?

It´s hard to tell how big it is from the picture. The snow chains have that bag shape fe.

What's the best alternative to the Taycan?

Perfect combo, I also enjoy. BUT: I am happy to put the 911 in my garage when it comes to daily driving. Taycan is non plus ultra there. And my feeling got very confirmed in this thread with various alternatives. I wouldn't trade my Turbo S CT for any of them but a J1.2...which I really don't need.

Red electrical system fault - J1.1 Taycan Turbo 2024

Yes, not necessarily a warning. My second OBC went 3 days ago with a yellow circle. First one said nothing.

Red electrical system fault - J1.1 Taycan Turbo 2024

What you should do next: Drive the car and build up confidence over time again. the 12v will likely give you a yellow circle of death, as the on-board charger or the heater would. Probably a one-time glitch. a true red circle of death of death won't let you continue driving.

812 for me upon retirement. Goal is set. Need to drive a V12, when it probably will be "banned by society" by then.

    Burning Taycan

Well Chun, the assumption of "you not liking your Taycan" is a thought not too far away when strolling through this forum. 😆 But good to read your clear statement towards the opposite.

    Project Purple - MY2026 Taycan CT4

Nothing you need on the first 200 km. I'd love to see your car in the flesh. It's a truely stunning colour nowhere near any Taycan I've seen before.

Service reset question – Porsche Taycan

You don't need any tool for resetting smart-service like cabin-airfilter and window wipers. Go into the smart service menu, tap the tile and you can reset. Only while standing still/ in P.

    Car seat in middle?

Apart from isofix missing, the middle seat is too narrow and not flat either. You won't be happy, putting a seat there.
