All true. It depends on personal experience a lot. My service-center is near to perfection and approved takes away any headache about potential repair-costs. Maintenance is unnecessary and costly, but in a price-range I'm willing to swallow.

There is a recall for an update to the 12V battery sensor for a lot of Porsche models. Maybe that solves your problem.
