I was thinking the same, thanks. For clarification, this is the 4 year service. Brake fluid replaced less than a year ago during the recall. My only concern is the brakes, which have 40K miles on them. But I can definitely get them inspected and the $1K service includes no major repairs anyway.
My brake fluid already replaced due to the recent recall. From what I can tell the only part replaced in this proposed service is an air filter. Everything else is visual check: seat belts, wipers, horn (not making this up). They check brake pads without removing the tires. I can do most of this...
Interesting and hostile response. Says more about you than me - your response was unnecessary.
I've had my vehicle over 2 years now, and approaching 50K miles. Haven't used this site much since the first few months of ownership. Searched for posts with "100K' in the title and nothing came up...
The Taycan is my 4th Porsche and I've always been impressed by their reliability. Drove my 944 over 100K miles and it still looked and functioned as if new. I hardly ever had to spend $ on my 911S in the 12 years I owned it. I know there are lemons out there, so am only interested to hear from...
Your initial advice seems to have worked, I didn't need to add another event nor engage in any of the other shenanigans recommended. Thank you all for taking the time to coach me.
Have had this car 2+ years and always had on a night charge to 85% that I set up myself (proof I am not an idiot).
Now we have solar battery and want to charge during the day. I'd like to plug it in, and have it charge immediately to 85%.
Have tried to set this up but it's just not working...
@SergeyIndy I understand what you're saying but the "night profile" always worked flawlessley. I have the Tesla Universal Charger. Attached some photos from the Charging app on the car. I assume the Timer isnt taking priority but shared the pic anyway. Any help would be appreciated!
I'm outside the honeymoon for Porsche Connect and tried to set up a daytime profile on the car. There is a night protocol already there. I deselected the night profile and added a "Day Profile" to run from noon - 6pm (this was recommended by our solar company and we thought, okay lets see how...
