I wish OP would have read some of the Forum comments before posting to get a flavor of our mutual cooperation. Understand, and then make yourself understood.

The location is declared; the country flag comes from the ip 'lot' where the most recent new sign on took place. (Or some other convoluted logic, I need to ask Admin to fix mine.)

I didn't have a country flag for several months, so I put one in my avatar.
