2020 Taycan water in battery area & inside car

I am having exactly the same issue with my 2020 Turbo (sent service manager this thread) at Redwood City Porsche - I have Porsche Platinum extended warranty - apparently they denied claim (for $10k ish!) trying to get this escalated to Porsche North America - ridiculous. I have always taken my Porsches to them for service (bought the Taycan from them) inc GT3, Carrera and this Taycan - am really shocked at this - my car was also one of the ones that *died* on the freeway and was reported to NHTSA. At this point am beyond livid with them.

Update on this - Porsche Redwood City have managed to get this all covered - thanks to Beto and the team

UPDATE: Got the part number from my service advisor (in case anyone else finds this thread later). The part number is PAF-009-216.
