Yes, been there done that, then thinking it is off, but then single click locking the car still set off the interiour alarm. Have to double click leaving the car, watch the red blinking light go completely out before I leave.
Is there not a way to do this with double tapping the lock button on the key fob or door sensor - check the Porsche Good To Know App but if memory serves I think you can?

EIther way it's a pain!

Sorry - I see you do that already.

I have the same problem with my 4S CT. Car is currently charging, alarm goes off. Didn't do this before (at home). No notifications about the alarm via Connect nor in the car.
Clicked Lock twice on remote still didn't fix it. I opened the tailgate for now, but am concerned what happens if I'm away.

Had my CT in the PC. They reprogrammed the values in which the ultrasound sensor alert the alarm system. It is better now but alarm still goes off every now and then.

I have the same problem with CTT. Maybe there is fault with interior sensor.

I imagine all incoming CT4S will have this issue then.

I have the same alarm issue. New 4s CT.
Compartment alarm has triggered. Short term you can double tap the lock button. Compartment alarm will then not be activated. Will swing by PC to have it fixed.
Is it solved for you? What caused it? What solved it?

Was at my Porsche dealer 2 days ago, and they confirmed that it is an issue, there is something faulty but they have absolutely no idea how to fix it because they don’t know what conponent that is faulty. They have sent everything necessary to the factory in Germany and they will try to diagnose the issue. The AD also said that I was the first one in the world with this issue, because it has never been reported before.

Does it still happen to you? Did you deactivate the interior surveillance?
Yes, the alarm keeps going off, I have to turn off Interior Surveillance everytime I leave the car.

My CT4S has been fine, no problems at all (aside from the missing electric steering and key)... July build, collected 24th July.
Really weird, but Porsche has never made this car before, so I don’t really mind the problems that I/we have.

I have the same alarm issue as well on my CT Turbo so this is not isolated to the 4S it seems. I've had it checked at the same dealer as you actually and they have no clue to what the underlying problem is and they told me they've sent the problem onwards to Porsche for further investigation etc. One thing they noted on my car though was that the car had an error code related to the "levelling" system and that might be a contributing factor but this is purely speculation from my side.
