An electrician installed the Porsche wallbox that enables 22kw charging. So three phase charging should work, but no, still charges at 1.9kw. I’ve tried reseting the Mobile Charger Connect, but it still says 10A is the maximum when it should be 16A. Anyone know how to fix this?
What cables do you have from the plug to the charger and from the charger to the car. I have a three phase installation and for me the Taycan is the limiting factor ( 11kW). Friends with Zoe have charged with 22 kW without any hesitation on my charger.

I have the cables that came with the Porsche Mobile Charger Connect charger, if that’s what you mean.

Please do - it's a simple fix. The PMCC will autosense what's safe and possible and therefore has restricted your charging power.

I only have a single phase supply and so my max is 7.4kW @ 32A - perfect for overnight top ups from around 35% to 85%.

How do I access the online website for PMCC just like you did?

Has the unit been earthed correctly?

Have you used the Porsche Mobile Charger Connect Web App to access the charging options where the amps can be adjusted?

32A will be needed to give you 9.6kW - not 16A.

What supply cable are you using and what is its rating?

Look for the PMCC on your network - 192.168.x.x and log on to it. You'll need the white envelope with the passwords etc.

You may have to accept an insecure certificate when connecting (all good).

Also you can enable the hotspot and connect that way.

I use the Porsche Mobile Connect charger which is compatible for upp to 22kw charger, if that's what yo mean?

From your earlier post it looks like you have access to the PMCC setup and have made the necessary adjustments - great.

I guess you'll already be aware but to get 22kW from your car's AC charger you'll need to have optioned that upgrade (standard / default is 11kW for which you'll need 3 phase regardless)?

I feel so stupid, but I have to ask: What option at the car configurator should the 22kw option be listed as?

No such thing as being stupid.

It may be a standard fit in Sweden and therefore not listed under the E-Performance options. In the configurator scroll to the bottom and look for the standard specification button and then review that

I have that option on the picture that you added, but can’t see anything that the car is compatible with 22kw charging. Thanks a lot for your help! Do you reckon I should call my dealer?

Have you checked the fuse?
I mean, with 16A on three phases, you are not getting 22kw.
You need 32A for 22kw; with 10A you will charge about 7kw only.
Anyway, I'd suggest to call your electrician, it's hard to believe that "we" can solve such problem here, on the forum.
Good Luck!

Will update as soon as the electrician is here again! :)

If the 22kW option is available to you then select it and that will ensure you get the maximum possible AC charging for the car and also takes advantage of your 3 phase home supply. This coupled with your PMCC is the dream home AC solution.

If you are still unsure then reach out to your dealer but it's pretty straightforward.

UK standard spec cars have the 11kW onboard AC charger as most people don't have 3 phase supply (expensive to install). However for those who have then they can upgrade the car to 22kW for a King's ransom.

The car is compatible with all AC charging regardless of the supply so no worries on that front. Ideally you always want to use DC chargers for higher speed charging when out on the road.

Thanks! Here in Sweden, the government pays for 50% of the wallbox and the installation from the electrician which is nice. Do you have this kind of think in the UK/Scotland?
The electrician will swing by tomorrow in the afternoon to see what may be going on. Thanks again for your help!
