Noticed that my TYD has updated (as of yesterday) to stage 12 (post processing). It now shows a delivery date of 1/7. But given it only has 90 miles to travel to my dealership I assume that’s just a general estimate and not a specific one.
I emailed my dealer yesterday and haven’t heard anything back.

Awesome news! What state are you in? Also what is the dealer saying for a timeline?

My TYD finally updated to reflect a 01/07 "At the Dealer" date too though Davisville is about 100 miles from the dealer's location. No word at all yet from anyone at the dealership so I guess another email is warranted though, much like every other query I've hit them with, I suspect I'll get the usual "we don't know anything further" canned response that has been parroted throughout this process.

Well I should have known better than to get my hopes up given the way this whole process has gone. Of course I got a call back from my sale associate just now, telling me that everyone in the dealership has covid. And so even if the car gets delivered, they don't think they have any way to prep/sell it to me. My favorite quote "maybe we shouldn't have let our reps and customers walk around without masks after omicron started showing up". Ya think? So there you have it. An ending befitting of the journey.

Sorry to hear this. I still find this whole predicament wholly incredible; the fact that we’re scrambling down to the last day or two of the year hoping to get our MY21 cars processed at the port and delivered just under the wire when they all started production in July…. just crazy.

Well that was a twist in the timeline that I wasnt expecting! Cant even make some of this up at this point.

My Porsche got delivered by FA on 12/26/2021 at Davisville, its at the dealership on 12/27/21, waiting for paperwork and prep for delivery, Wednesday

Wow nice- maybe the Taycan has a longer PDI / customs process. Good luck tomorrow. Post some pics- love the Cayenne as well.

Just spoke with my dealer in NJ. Car is expected tomorrow morning. He also mentioned that as far as they know from the port inspection, nothing is missing from the build

Got a call from my dealer telling me she received the paperwork on my vehicle and she’s expecting transport delivery any day now. However due to the abbreviated work week and the general end-of-year craziness she doesn’t expect to get my car delivered this week.

Car is at the dealer! Going in to do all the paperwork but prob won't be able to drive off until early next week.

Paper work done and car “purchased” and got a to see a tease so yes the car actually exists! Waiting on full detail/reg/insurance etc. hoping for Monday at the latest. How’s everyone else looking?

Car is at the dealer as of this morning. Paperwork done and delivery scheduled for “late Monday/early Tuesday”. We’ll see!

Mine is unfortunately MIA at the moment - but I’m out of country until early January so hopefully it’ll be ready by then!!
