4S with PB+. It’s wife’s car and she liked the smaller GT steering wheel but I hated the chrono. Hence, upgraded that to the Porsche design clock - that thing looks slick for a dash wart and is also functionally useful as an analog clock instead of the chrono.

TYD just updated. Car en route to dealer after arriving in Benicia on 3/29! Should have delivery in ten days.

Congrats !! Mine arrived at Benicia on 03/07 and is still "Port Processing". I saw another post mentioning it is only 9 miles from the dealer - I'm assuming you purchased at Walnut Creek ? Anyway - Congrats again and post some pics after delivery !!

Why is your car stuck there for almost 4 weeks but others got out very fast! Doesn't make sense unless there's something wrong with the car ?

“Took delivery” today. Signed the papers today, did a walk around inspection plus checked the interiors (Gentian Blue looks stunning in the sun) and PPF guy took it away on a flatbed. He will bring it back to the dealership a week later via flatbed truck, apparently mirrors need to get recalibrated after they are taken off for PPF and then dealer will do the usual delivery event stuff. Both key fobs and electronic steering adjustment present and accounted for. Couldnt login from the car with my Porsche ID - apparently some Porsche backend issue for last couple of days hence, dealer will do it once car come back.

Can they not install PPF without removing the mirrors?

My RWD sedan Taycan for Seattle-via-Benicia-on-Glovis-Sigma is still in port PDI, got an update from my sales manager. Hopefully that's done soon and it can be trucked out.

They can install the full PPF without removing the mirrors. There would be a small seam on top of the mirror.

Then, I will take the car from the dealer and then drop it off for PPF. All this back and forth on a truck seems overkill (for me).

Going on ten days (in a few hours) that our vehicle has been sitting at the Port of Jacksonville….not a CT, a standard RWD. Transporters to the Greater Miami-Fort Lauderdale area must be hard to come by. I’m wearing out TYD….not fun.
