Dealer said it was cleared for transport today but TYD still shows port processing so I’m not entirely sure. Said 7-10 days before it reaches their lot.

"I need to get a message back from my rep he said that the car still in the port and they're completing updates on it most of the Titans have that same delay because of the updates he knows I'm looking so as soon as he gets any info he'll send it my way and I will forward it to you"

It's probably just a missing part. TPMS sensors are a common one.

Then, I will take the car from the dealer and then drop it off for PPF. All this back and forth on a truck seems overkill (for me).

On California highways you always run the risk of getting rock chips and errant bolts falling off trucks dinging your brand new car. Safest is to get it trucked via local roads to PPF shop - anyways didn’t cost me a dime extra.

Can they not install PPF without removing the mirrors?

If you want a clean look with no seams then the mirrors and window trim need to be removed. Good PPF shops will minimize the number of parts they need to remove for a clean finish and will let you know upfront what needs to be removed.

Just had a phone call, car is built and awaiting transport to Emden docks. Delivery date of 6th May at the dealer but likely to turn up slightly earlier!

We’re still showing as Port Processing as well…the countdown continues….eight days to dealer on TYD….I’m dubious at this point. We’ve been in the Jax port over ten days….less than 300 miles from here….frustrating.

Not yet. What I have seen in the past is the notification doesn't appear until after the ship has departed.

The ship is not showing in the Emden website so I don't know when it is departing. It still shows on the Davisville port as arriving on 4/18 so my best guess is that it is leaving tomorrow.

Did you make it to Emden?

Yep, arrived in Emden on 4/4 so not sure if its enough time to hop on this boat. My TYD just shows Waiting in Emden. It says On Vessel on 4/15 but I can't find a boat leaving on 4/15 or 4/16.

You are right, the live ship tracking data doesn't show much information except that it's moored in Emden. But is it actually moored on the car dock area? Or is it just moored outside waiting to get on the dock?
