Does the calculation take into account that the early models, like the 21's, had a $7500 tax credit?

I doubt the calculation is even taking into account actual sale values, both new and used -- in what publicly accessible database is that documented?
The calculation is probably just synthesizing all the speculation already out there on the internet.

Yes, that is what I think it will be. What would be a rationale for anyone to pay anything for the car that requires immediate spend on extended warranty for the car and warranty on HV battery.
