For the rear, I installed a VIOFO A119 V3 Dashcam 2K. It's inexpensive and can be plugged into the rear right side of the trunk. If there's an incident, I simply remove it. Otherwise, I never notice it.
No need to connect it to the front one. What for?

Their website shows a rear camera for the Taycan. Requires hard wiring it to the front camera. I opted for front FitcamX only and it has been reliable for 2.5 years and has sufficient resolution for my needs.
If you have the dashcam pre-wire option, the wiring from front to back is already present (I am using it on mine - here is the howto). Rear camera can be crucial in some situations. My wife was "PIT maneuvered" on a highway (hit on the rear corner). Without the rear dashcam, there was no way to prove whose fault it was. Insurance told me without the dashcam it would have been a "no fault" which is code for "everyone's fault, everyone pays" determination, meaning the claim counts against my insurance, meaning my premiums go up next renewal. The accident totaled a $100K car. Notice that the front dashcam footage (top left corner) by itself would have been practically useless in this accident.

The above is the most expensive accident where a dashcam in my cars came handy, but not the only one. In another case, an off duty cop working as a flagger caused an accident, then the asshole (sorry, it still makes me mad) tried to pin it on my teenage daughter, whose car required $20K in repairs. The dashcam (both front and rear) made it a slam dunk for insurance, including in court because the traffic flagger company decided to fight it court - with the dashcam my daughter didn't even have to be deposed, the insurance company lawyers showed the dashcam footage and won. It took a year to get my $1,000 deductive back (from the company which lost), but at least the accident was not counting as my daughter's fault, which would have made her insurance more expensive for 7 years.

I treat dashcams like airbags. I hope to never need them, but really glad they are there. I've been installing dashcams in all of our family cars. The money they have saved me in the last 15 years since I've been doing it has paid multifold for all the dashcams I installed in all of our family cars.

I wish for the one with least wiring for front and rear dashcam package
Blackvue slots right into the Porsche dashcam pre-wire if your car has it (the wiring is a perfect match for impedance for video/coax wire). I wrote up the howto here - ignore the radar detector hookup and the installation literally "just plugs in", as long as you make the correct cables (also described how to do it in the howto).
