Body Shop Repair Time

Had our CT rear ended a couple of months ago. Damage did not look horrible, but I was mistaken. Took the car in to a Porsche authorized shopat the end of October and have no idea when we're getting it back. At that time they didn't even know if the needed parts had been manufactured.
Anyone else experience similar issues with body damage?
