My car will be sitting for 6-7 weeks.

This is my first EV so im not sure what the ramifications are.

Any suggestions so the battery does not go dead or have any ill effect’s?

In the manual and also this
From the above bulletin:
Porsche Taycan Car will sit for 6 weeks - any advice? 1741084947178-yv

I think it is seriously sad if Porsche engineers were unable to figure out how to keep the 12V battery topped off while the car is plugged into a Level 2 EVSE, and instead are requiring manual charging of the 12V battery every 8 weeks.

I am secretly hoping this only applies to the 2020 cars, and that they fixed this gaping hole in their design in 2021 (which had a bunch of redesign, and new software), but someone forgot to tell the documentation team to limit the above bulletin to 2020 model year cars. I've parked my car for a couple of weeks without any issues, with a 24/7 dashcam running too (which uses 12V).

there are no ramifications, the only potential issue would be the 12 volt battery. the best thing to do would be to have the SOC between 60 and 80% and plug the car in, even a 110 connection would suffice.

For the 12V the easiest is to get a smart outlet plug that you can plug a charger like the CTEK into and then every 6-8 weeks you can switch it on remotely to top the battery back up or even schedule it automatically with the app. First time do a dummy run to see how long the charger takes to top it up and then use that time plus a bit doing it remotely.

With a 2020 car never had 12v issues.
Honestly, it likely depends on the environment in which the car is stored, or maybe specific batches of the 12v are problematic and they just didn't get to do a recall for that yet.

How would manual charging every 8 weeks affect the 12V battery differently than automatic charging that could simply be triggered every 8 weeks?
