Charger message from EA

I can not get over 169kW on a 350 Electrify America charger no matter what I do. I have tried the 350's, 150's and everything else but can not get a constant fast charge. As a matter of fact it "sometimes" starts around 157kw (usually slower) but then quickly drops to 69 or 89 for the duration. The EA screen says "Charge speed requested by your vehicle" and immediately slows down. I don't have the "battery saver" box checked on my car charge screen so it isn't because I am trying to spare the battery. The state of charge is usually 35-40% when I start the charge and the battery temperature is around 95 degrees. Am I doing something wrong? Any thoughts? Thanks, Gordon

I believe the SOC is the main factor here. Try charging with less than 15% and see what happens.
