Charging error using Porshe charger

Help needed!
just moved house, no EV charger installed so using Porsche charger that came with car, plugged into standard 3 pin socket.
After much research and reading of manuals I have discovered it should charge the car very slowly (the 50% in green means the charger is working) but the car does not like it.
The charger port shows red, and the Myporshe app shows charging error. Photos attached.
I have tried using a neighbours electric socket and result/fault the same.
Public chargers work fine (or did a couple of weeks ago I haven’t tried more recently).
Anyone had this problem? Porshe uk suggest I take to service centre which isnt very convenient as I am working all week, if anyone has a fix I am all ears.

Hello, ı had the same problem in same day 2 times. Normally ı use 22 kw charger and ı never had same problem. when ı tried 11 kw charger it started to charge normally after 20 minuntes it stopped itself and charger port and the charger showed red. ı took of the plug out and plung in again to charge port it become normal and start to work normall ı dont have same problem again..

I think it is the evse. I have charged my car last week at a holiday location with the 50% setting without problems. At another holiday house I did have this issue once and it was solved by resetting the evse. You should also check if the socket is grounded. This can be an issue for the evse giving an error code. Can you use anther socket at home ?

OP is in Europe - this recall does not apply - it's north american only - and does not actually fix anything - it's simply neuters the PMC+/PMCC, applies some stickers, and updates the user manual.

Hi . I have been charging no problem for 2 years with a certified normal plug socket . The charger today keeps fusing the fuse box . It’s on again now . The light is green and the car blinking green . But the other lights on the box are white / yellow . Should they be also green
