Charging in NYC

I live in NYC & my condo plans to charge $100/month additional for e-charging & will also charge an additional $200 premium for an electric car. Are there other chargers where I can charge in the city (Upper West Side) ? EA does not have a charger in the city. The car isn’t a daily driver for me. Possible taking out only on wknds.

Would it harm the car in any way if i plan to charge on fast DC.

All that I can say is that your condo is a bit over the top! the $100 for charging is excessive but the $200 premium because it is an EV on top of that is just a money grab. what justification do they lean on for imposing that fee?
