This happened to me. After 2 weeks I phoned the Porsche connect people who told me to do various things, culminating in factory resetting the car. It didn’t work. So they told me to take it in for a hard reset. OPC told me they wouldn’t have advised that as I had to keep using it on guest settings until they could sort it. I think they sorted it by some sort of reset via the OBD port. 12V disconnect might sort it… but OPC don’t advise that either!

Thanks. i emailed the connect people this morning. Seems that connection is broken too though!

I've got the struck-through equals sign in the top left of the PCM which is an issue. I had it quite a while back, but can't remember how i resolved it. Think i had to involve the smart mobility people, but it may have just sorted itself. engineering reboot didn't work. Will go and search my old threads on here!

I had been suffering intermittently from this for the last 3 years. The dealer finally replaced the OTA module two weeks ago and it has been working since. Big job apparently - they had the car for two weeks.

My app won’t connect - frustrating because I just spent all day using OVO Charge Anytime but now it’ll be at full price - 4x more expensive per kWh because of the Porsche connectivity issue

Same here. The app is currently not receiving data neither the MyPorsche website.

Yep, same for me too this evening. Was hoping to set up the Ovo discounted charging and enjoy that sweet sweet discount!

Yep, same for me too this evening. Was hoping to set up the Ovo discounted charging and enjoy that sweet sweet discount!

Hmm. Currently charging and paying full whack on Ovo as we speak..

Is your car showing LTE (and not the struck through = sign) in the PCM?

Yes just been for a drive and from the inside of the car all looks normal. I suspect that means it’s the Porsche servers that are down rather than a car issue

Yeah, screen looks fine. Looking at the settings for the built-in data connection it's got 3 of 4 signal strength. No errors reported.

Yeh, its not so much as an error, but mine has this on left hand side of the main screen where LTE usually shows. Basically means car can't connect i believe.

No, Bob - mine's fine there. Normal LTE symbol is showing.
Hopefully they're rebooting all the servers to try and get mine working!!

Same here... LTE connection is fine and Apple Music works ok. I suspect downlink connection from servers to apps to be down.
