Same here in Belgium. App not receiving data. I was able to active preconditioning with the app but it didn’t show in the app. Thought it didn’t work but the car was warming up when I arrived.

I have the dreaded red ‘no connection’ dot in my app, but the Octopus Energy smart charge service has mapped my charging session for tonight so the connection must be working?

Mine seems to be able to send commands TO the car (I edited a charging profile in the app and it was picked up ok), but the app can’t get any data back. Its about a day out of date currently.

My app has just updated the SoC and range, although it's taken ages and is now showing a red 'No connection' dot again.
My Ovo Anytime app is also showing the correct SoC and range, updated a few minutes ago, apparently. However, it thinks the car is unplugged. (It's not.) Perhaps I should turn Direct Charging on...

i could not use remote climate etc from around 6pm, the app would not recognise the charging lead was plugged in either, so OI could not map a charge and it charged full price for a while. I set a timed charge instead and that worked fine, but seems like all back to normal now for me also.

I'm back to normal but OVO's Charge Anytime thinks the charge stopped at 4.30pm so I only got half my charge (and it was a big charge today) at the 7p rate :(

After an aborted attempt to disconnect the 12v battery my car eventually decided to fix itself.

I've no idea if any of this is relevant but a point of context for anyone with similar problems in future. After 6 days of the = instead of LTE i took it on a long drive and gave it first DC charge since i had issue. When i was getting ready to leave the charging station, the car's PCM kind of dropped in a and out, disconnected phone and CarPlay etc. I fiddled around trying to get my phone to reconnect and noticed the LTE sign had reappeared. It took around 7 or 8 hours more and then the app / car started to talk to each other again.

Did you bottle out of disconnecting it? Or was there another issue?
Just couldn’t get it all the way off the terminal. Felt like I was going to break something. So tried and then bottled it!

It seems pretty certain at this point that Porsche rolls out server updates every Tuesday. I've been tracking these outages in https://github.com/featherlessdesign/electricsidecar.app/discussions. Unfortunately their server roll-outs don't seem to ensure health of the front-ends, which results in all Porsche Connect services becoming flaky/unusable for 6-12 hours once a week.

Yeah offline here in the UK as well. If it's s regular Tuesday thing I find this surprising and disappointing from a brand that seems to assume it's perfect. Even a legacy car maker ought to get the human-facing stuff right - not just the handling of their cars but the auxiliary services like the connectivity that we take for granted these days.
