Anybody help with this? Sim card seems to be active but no connection as car not visible from App and no satellite images for satnav. Thanks

I have the same issue here in Canada. I am trying to find an answer as well. Basically for some reasons, even if we have a strong cell signal at the internal SIM card, the connection has been lost between the Car and Porsche. I have an appt on April 27 for this to be investigated. The service proposed me to do a total system reset (which could work possibly but nothing is certain) which I refused as if this is not working, I will lose all my data stored in the car (basically all my settings including my homelink garage door opener) and I would not be able to log in my Porsche ID in the car. So I will wait for April 27. If this would not work, I will end up with a "guest" profile only.

Update....went onto OPC and seemed to indicate updates with Porsche Germany servers etc etc. Not sure I believe but LTE connection spontaneously back up again , sat nav shows terrain mapping and traffic delays.....and interestingly today a map update popped up and more info available including non-Porsche/Ionity/Osprey chargers

This can happen periodically and just means there is no data connection -3G or LTE.

Normally self clears but can take a while.

As you mention later there have been hundreds if not thousands of EVSE locations finally added to the mapping - I noticed a few days ago - which is great!
