Just added mine back to the app, and I also have the same status as others with a green dot denoting connectivity. Per Pop's observation, I do also hope it means the 12V is installed, as it's powering the connected services.

Just checking with some other people with later builds, @jld1, @Jsuo19, @Kaytan can you access your car via myporsche app, and does it have a green dot? Trying to get a sense of this theory here for builds that have already arrived to benicia like Kaytan (and supposedly waiting for battery there) as well as Jsuo19 who had a Late Sept build that shows arrival to Emden already, and jld1 who also had late Sept build but waiting to go to emden

One additional theory is that cars that have PEC delivery may be going to the ports earlier to be shipped than other cars. That explains why Kaytan made it to the port (although he was slightly earlier than Pop's build), and why Jsuo19 has made it to emden but jld1 hasn't. Perhaps without the batteries, since they feel they have time to install it stateside while awaiting a PEC opening

How did you submit a request to add it back through the app? I tried to do same but the app asks for proof of ownership to add the car.

I provided the ID and the Build sheet that I got from the dealer with my name as the customer.

Ok, I just got an email stating it may take up to 2 business days to update the account.
Nevertheless, for you guys that now show a green dot - that’s exciting - as I can only imagine your cars must have a 12v battery to be online.

It was asking for the VIN.

That worked. I am also at green dot status! (Build completed 7-19).

Guess I will jump into the speculation as well. To be fair I have no idea what any of this all means but here is a data point. My CT4S was completed 7/5. Sitting in Zuffenhausen since. East coast delivery date pushed back to 12/2 with an original August delivery. TYD still shows my car at “Ready for Transport.”

I too have the green dot in the app and have had it for a couple of weeks. Here is one question for those of you with cars supposedly in Emden. If you click on the map icon at the bottom of the app does it show Zuffenhausen or Emden? Mine is centered around Zuffenhausen. I know location services aren’t enabled on these cars but just curious.

Since production was completed in early July and before the car was transported to Emden, the TYD map showed it was at Porsche Werks with the solid line stopped there.

Then late September when it arrived at Emden, the map was updated with a red dot/solid line at Emden.

It just doesn’t show anything car related for me and just show my location. Tapping on the car does nothing.

That’s y I don’t feel it’s a sight of 12v been installed. Maybe that app is link to Porsche service not a car? If u wanna activate the app and car u need to link app and car at least once right? We haven’t meet car since it builded how could they link to each other ? Hope I’m wrong ?

Also, you should still be able to access TYD from https://my.porsche.com/ vehicle page.
Scroll down to the bottom of the vehicle page and look for this banner. TYD link should be in there or you could click on the TYD in the original welcome email you got.
