"Wheels painted in Exterior Color" means they're the same colour as the car bodywork - try it in the configurator.

My (used) Taycan is arriving soon, it comes with "1NU Wheels Painted in Satin Platinum". I'm looking to trade them with Mission-e wheels with white/silver outer rim which is also known as "Wheels painted in Exterior Color" (check attached image).

I agree with @tayCanadian, give it a chance. If not, then they can be painted to match OEM in Exterior color, at a shop that specializes in wheel painting.

I like them too but just not with silver body color. There's no contrast to break the monotony.
