Hello fellow detailing enthusiasts,
I got way too ambitious and decided to do my own PPF job. HUGE amount of work but I actually kind of enjoyed it. I've now run into an issue though that I'm hoping one of you can help me out with. It's in several places but I'm posting a picture of the most difficult one. This is the edge of the driver's door and the trim. The film is tucked under the trim but wasn't adhering well so dirt got under there. Any advice on how to get it out without ruining the whole piece of PPF? It seems like the best way would be to remove the trim piece but I've never done that before. If your advice is to remove the trim, I'd appreciate some tips on how to remove it without damaging it.
