Drive option memory issue

I've had my 2022 RWD for about 2.5 months. Until now, whenever the car turned on as soon as I entered it, my seat/steering wheel/mirror selections would automatically kick in. However in the last few days, the car turns on when I get in, but shoe options don't always kick in, and when they don't, I have to push the memory button on the side of the door to activate them.

Any suggestions how to fix this?

Is this a two driver car? If the 2nd key is anywhere near your car when you open it, the car may pickup that key and it's settings.

Are you using the same key fob as before? The settings are associated with the fob.

Always use the fob to unlock if none of the above works for you rather than approach with the key and let it auto open.

I only have one FOB. And I never push the open button, instead The car is set to open as I approach with the FOB In my pocket

So why do Vodafone call you - this is part of PVTS+ which comes with a Tracker fob?

Sorry - I mixed 2 different threads so please ignore the PVTS (Porsche Vehicle Tracking System) comments - security device.

Sometimes when you rely on simply approaching the car to unlock you may find all comfort settings are not retrieved. This can happen if a 2nd key / secondary Porsche ID s in use. Workaround is to unlock the car by pressing the unlock button on the fob to force the correct Porsche ID and key settings to be used.

Odd - you should have 2 but I guess its on back order then.

The seat/mirrors only when opening with a given key, if their positions have changed since you last drove the car. Do you have have comfort entry turned on? That move the steering wheel up and the seat back when you exit. We have it off, as it just seems to confuse things a bit.
