Fitted the polarisation filter to our Fitcamx dashcam today. Initial impressions is that it does appear to work and reduce the glare from the dashboard air-conditioning vents.

It does make the camera a little bit more prominent – but it is not as noticeable when looking in via the front windscreen.

I purchased the Porsche filter variant directly from Fitxamx at https://fitcamx.com/collections/acc...rcular-polarizing-lens?variant=42726348619948

The vent glare is prominent going into our underground carpark:

Driving on a similar sunny day in the same area with the filter fitted:

And going in the same gate (thank you Homelink!):

How does the filter impact your low-light recording, i.e. during night driving or when parked outside?

Thanks for sharing! May I ask which version of the FitcamX polarized filter this is? CPL-7708?
