On some exterior colours it can look ok.

But for me, certainly not on a Mamba green exterior, and it is an ever bigger ‘no’ for me on a GTS where you’d be paying extra to remove the signature black lenses & light strip!
I think its a no cost option on the GTS….front and rear

It's esthetically completely ok to use blue as an accent on green.
Actually, green is blue mixed with yellow, basic colors...
Mamba looks especially good with these glacier blue accents!
Just go for it, I love it!

There’s a reason for the expression ‘blue and green should never be seen’…
But of course the OP should choose whatever they prefer!

There's also an ancient saying that says "De gustibus non est disputandum", which roughly translates to: you can't discuss taste/smell.

Besides, the origin of your saying has nothing to do with common taste but old common practice.
Sailors thought it was bad luck to paint a boat green, as it couldn't be seen easily against the blue water if it capsized.

I rest my case.

I wasn’t aware of the derivation of the phrase, so that’s interesting, thanks.

However, I’m still sticking with the opinion that it will look crap compared to the black version, but the OP should go with whatever he likes best!

+1
there’s no sense to discuss taste.
