Help on Secondary user ID functions please

Hi, my 4S CT has the dreaded electrical system fault. The dealer in Rouen Fr cannot ID the fault so likely be shipped back to my OPC UK (3 weeks!). Porsche assist UK have been brilliant, arrived home via Eurostar last night and an Uber picked me up this morning from home to collect 4S ST from my OPC – I’ve logged the car as my Porsche ID (it’s says secondary user) but profile /internet/apps/gools nav/internet radio etc have not come across says license need any idea how I can activity this for a second Porsche vehicle?

Check the My Porsche website for both Primary and Secondary IDs - bith are configured there.

Try logging out or using whichever key is associated with the primary id - unlock / lock procedure.

Key fob determines which Porsche ID is loaded when you unlock the car.
