Aloha Everyone,
For the past 6 months I noticed an issue where my CT4 not charging to my designated set limit of 85%. I noticed that when it starts out it will charge 10.4 Kwh then after a while it will just drop to 4.6 kwh and will charge at that level from that point forward then I see a pop up on my phone stating my CT4 could not reach it designated charge. I believe because of the reduce kwh charge that time it would take to charge by the designated time has more than doubled and the time runs out.
Has anyone else experienced this and have you found a solution or at least found the cause. I had my electrician double check the 60 Amp fuse, 60 amp cable, and wiring connection to my Tesla J-1772 charger and all seems well. My only option is to schedule with my Porsche dealership and have them run a diagnostic which doesn't fill me with any confidence as I don't believe the techs know anything about batteries enough to do a thorough examination.
Thoughts please.
