If you mean "Porsche Secondary User" for your Taycan, I did the following.
1. open MyPorsche account at the website on my desktop computer. (I did not use the app for this.)
2. Access the Taycan vehicle information.
3. Scroll down the page until the "Secondary User" section
4. Click on "Add secondary user" and enter email address for your secondary user.
