J1. 2 A/C question - SOLVED

Hi guys

I switched from a 2023 to a 2025 j1.2 rdw Taycan.

On the previous model the seat ventilation came on automatically when A/C on auto. Live on South Florida so seat vent is very useful.

With the 1.2 the seat vent only comes on by turning it on. Anyone knows how to make it automatic? Tried to look it up but didn't find answer.

If anyone wants automatic seat ventilation on any Taycan model this is how to if u r on auto for AC control:

Follow the images. It will work the following time u get into the car. It will adapt strength depending on temp

This just means when using the precool function, the seat ventilation will turn on, but doesn’t mean ventilation will turn on every time the car is started I believe. I don’t have the last box checked (precool on remote unlock), and almost always unlock the car using the door handle, so this won’t work in that case.

I thought the same thing but it works every time when i open the car w the door handle give it a try.
