Just got the callback. It's a faulty battery. Waiting for more information. Have a loaner secured but I'm out of town for a week for work anyway. Bummer but will provide more details when I can.
Now if only the loaner was a 911....lol

UPDATE: Got my car back May 31st.
Original tow date was April 25th on a thursday. They were able to diagnose it that following Tuesday after running extensive tests. A couple modules were bad, so they just ordered me a brand new 2024 battery from Germany.
Service was great, every time a part was ordered, the order email would come to me with the invoice number. Service rep was easily accessible via text and phone call. I had to go on a business trip the following week after my car was towed and when I came back at the end of the week, he had a freshly unwrapped 2024 Cayenne for me (had 2 miles on it). The Cayenne was nice, had the taycan infotainment system and dash which was nice.
They also performed the Heater recall and updated my PCM. My service rep was trying to get it to me on the Thursday after the battery had been replaced, but the tech insisted on doing quality control checks and I'm not mad at that. Got the call on the 31st and made the 45 min drive to the dealership. I've driven it like a maniac since, and put on over 200 miles in 2 and a half days, lol. Range is noticeably higher, when I picked it up it had 87 percent charge with 263 miles estimated. Feels great and I'm super happy to be back in it!
