Same here….South Florida….appointment set for 8/23….first loaner available…I’m thinking preference might be given for 2020 and 2021 model years, as it should be.

Just picked mine up from the dealer with the new update. Love the new look but oh NO they removed the weather app/tile!

It’s off the bottom of the screen on mine. Just scroll down. You can rearrange the tiles to put the weather near the top if you like.

Just got the update completed on my 2020, all in all very smooth but for those who use the Sirius radio, the favorites is gone from it’s usual location (usually to the right of the Bose menu) and moved to a non sensical locating that requires es more button pressing to get too…no idea why they did this. Favorites is now a SOURCE option instead of being a top option. Again, not sure why the change. Oh and stations on favorite list still do not display what is playing on the other channels, but for some reason it will display what is on the station you are currently listening to…

@TYKHAAAN you can re-order sources to put it back in at least the second level bar. Mine is set up for Search, Favourites, Spotify, Android Auto, FM.

That’s what I ended up doing. Just dont understand the need to move the favorites in there. If I already had my sources full and set how I like, I would have had to change it up. I’m good tho now.

@TYKHAAAN AFAIK it's to properly present it as a list/source that can be browsed through with previous/next. There was some criticism that it wasn't possible to go through (SiriusXM) favourites with the previous/next controls, and this is how they fixed it. Not new to this update, my pre-coloured icon 2022 also worked like this before this update.

Besides prior email notifications (for ANA6), I just got a physical letter from Porsche NA which now includes the uPdate to the PCM (was holding off on ANA6 until I could do both) - asked SA for a schedule slot to get this done.

I just received the same letter, but had overlooked the sentence about including uPdate to PCM. Thanks for posting.
I'm going let all you guys on the leading/bleeding edge of software updates go first and help Porsche and dealers smooth out the process before I have it done on my car. Your efforts are much appreciated.

Got my MY21 4S back from the big update yesterday.
I still haven’t found that new AWD display that supposed to replace the front/rear graphic in the left part of the instrument cluster.
also, in some list of changes it was mentioned that the HUD would get new functionality/information in its display. But I did not notice any change and could not find anything in the settings.
Anybody have any hints on either issue?

yes, this was promised to be also updated, but you wouldn't be the first, who did not really get all ECUs updated...best guess whould be: update didn't run through and they did not know better.
really hard to believe what at least two customers experienced with having their cars fully resetted including the brakes 20 MJ procedure.

The day I picked the car up it was gone. I did scroll around but nothing. The next morning it was back….happy days!

I know I just like the look of it as one of my tile screens on the passenger screen. It did come back the following morning.

Finally got my 4S back after a week at Porsche for the update. I really like the changes--everything is zippier and more responsive, Apple Music now works like a charm and my broken Apple CarPlay is back on track.

Two questions that I’m sure have been answered somewhere in this thread:

1) There used to be an icon for the smart lift system on the Home Screen but I no longer see this since the uPdate. How do I access this now?

2) Where exactly is the power to the drivetrain graph that used to be on the dashboard tunnel? I know it’s been moved to the center console screen but how is it accessed?
