Leaving the Taycan stationary for a while

I have seen bits and pieces of advice around this on the forum, but would like to get experienced members' counsel. Next week, we are leaving for our place in the Rockies where we will stay about a month. Meanwhile, the Taycan will remain in our garage in New Jersey. What are the best conditions to keep the car unused for this time span? I read that an SoC around 50% would be best? Do I leave Interior Monitoring on, or is that a risk for 12V battery depletion? Any other things to keep in mind? Thank you for the advice.

I'm about to leave my 4S for a month as well. Checked with the dealer who suggests keeping the charger connected and set the max SOC at no more than 85%.

I leave mine connected, set the profile for minimum charge of 40% (nothing more is needed, in fact batteries generally are best stored at 30-40%). I use 40% just in case there is something strange with the EVSE (failure). You should be able to charge to 40, disconnect and just leave the car. But I prefer to leave it connected. I just lock the car in my garage (garage maintains around 60F).

I almost never leave interior monitoring on, so can’t comment. I have left the car for up to 8 weeks this way with no issues. But then again i have not yet had the 12v issue. FWIW this configuration is how i always have my Taycan set, I simply enable direct charging to enable a departure timer when I know I will be driving the car. The car seems to have negligible vampire drain of main traction battery when not plugged in.

@TayTay below: great suggestion, I forgot to mention i overinflated by 6-8 PSI before storing.

Heavy car. Overinflate tires to avoid flat spotting. Use tire cushions if you have.
