Yes it is, I was surprised. But I ordered the 18 way with Racetex and ventilation.

If you are not sure, ask your dealer, maybe they have a car in which you can test the seats. Our rather small dealer had all 14 and 18 way combinations at hand.

For me, the side support of the back sold me for 18 way. The 14 way felt more comfortable for my legs, but I had the feeling that my back would slide around too much.
So 16 way would be best for me ?
