New member, first post. I have owned two Porsche Panamaras, and now looking at a 21 Taycan tomorrow that I am ready to pull the trigger on. Would appreciate some feedback from current owners.

Stumbled across a 21 in Coffee Beige and it really got my attention. I realize it is not everyone's cup of tea, but I want something unique. Here is what I am looking at and would appreciate feedback.

2021 Taycan base Coffee Beige with LImestone Beige/black interior, premium package, Performance Battery plus, 20" Taycan Aero wheels, black trim, CPO through 2028, 11k miles and passenger display. They are asking $66,900.

I know color is a personal thing, but I have seen some on here say it will hurt resale, yet I also see those that have it in person like the color a lot. I will determine that when I see the actual car tomorrow, as photos online all look different. I was looking at 4s, but it seems this is built pretty close, and this will not be a daily driver. Would love to hear from both those that have a coffee beige and those that do not on thoughts if this is a smart buy. I don't understand why the aero wheels seem to only come in 20", that bums me out. Thoughts before I pull the trigger? Just new to Taycan and want to make a smart decision. Thanks.

I do not see anything wrong with Coffee Beige color as it is unique and no longer offered. I spent time in one configured similarly and it is a great combo. I never been a fan of the look of any 20-inch wheel options, but the ride will certainly be smoother on them. Full spec or copy of the sticker would be more helpful to inspect all the options but the key is that it has PB+ battery and matching interior/exterior color combo. I cannot comment on the price as you have to look at what comparables are selling to negotiate the final price. Wonder why you say it will not be a daily driver, it is the best looking and driving car, to me, so I look for excuses to drive it every chance I get.

I agree, the Taycan is a sexy car for sure. I am 6'7", and yes I do fit well in the Taycan surprisingly, but every day car will be my SUV. That may change if I get it. :) Also plan to powder coat wheel black for contrast with that color. Here is the option list.

Very, very marmite colour. I wouldn't consider it (70s Datsun).

Rather than a huge value hit, it will likely just take longer to sell.

Makes sense on the daily driver front as Taycan is not easy to get in and out of in general given front placed B-pillar, but when you are in, then you forget about it.

The spec looks solid for a base RWD as dealers were specing them like this to make the total before tax under $100k. RWD positives are unique rear biased driving dynamics even on a steel suspension that some prefer to the air. However, if you have a chance to compare, even if you are not buying see if you can find a 4S with air suspension that would give you a reference how a 2-motor setup with more power and air suspension handles.

Thank you, that’s good advice. I’m going to drive a 4s this afternoon before the other car. I appreciate your guidance.

the CPO, mileage, passenger screen and color were what got my interest.
