Most of the Taycan I have delivered have had 25 miles or less. Occasionally you will see one come off the transport with more miles on it.

Technicians typically drive the car 5-10 miles during an initial Pre-Drive Inspection. Other than that, at the port sometimes they must move cars around several times from container ships to transport trucks. All adds up over time.

I wouldn't be worried if there was 60 miles or less on my brand new ordered Taycan. Anymore than that and I would question who has been taking it for a joy ride...

I had 149 miles. My dealer told me it was transport, etc. Now I know they were lying AGAIN. My guess is they used it as a demo which explains why it had almost no charge upon delivery.

149 miles sounds like a lot for initial quality control and transportation needs. Does the app or the car itself keep some kind of log which would allow you to trace back when (and where) the miles were added?
