My Porsche app not communicating for 13 days....and then back

2022 RWD with 19K glorious miles. My Porsche app randomly stopped communicating on March 30th. I searched the forum and tried all the usual (Two finger reset, signed in and out of app, deleted and reinstalled app, tried connecting while in the car turned on, tried connecting with car at different locations, privacy mode confirmed off, sos light green with navigation and apple car play still working). I was all set to try the 12V battery reset next week when I had some time off when I looked at my widget on my phone this morning and noticed that it was up to date now with the correct miles and percent. I drove to work and it stayed up to date after I parked. Not sure what happened or why but it's nice that my baby is completely well again.

I lost communication last August for about 2 weeks. I called the Porsche help line number and was connected to a "Connect and Charging Specialist". He went through some troubleshooting steps with me and determined I needed a service visit to have the "Con Box High Reset" performed. He contacted the service department on my behalf with what was needed and help schedule the appointment. The day of the service visit, communication suddenly started working again and have not had a problem since then..

Yes, i lost access around two weeks ago to Apple Music, Spotify and Online Radio and notified my dealership if they can investigate with Porsche. Then yesterday at around 3 pm PST, the connectivity to these music sources was restored. I thought the server-side people over at Porsche reset my connection or something.

While the connectivity was down i also performed the PCM reboot and even logged off completely and nothing worked.
