My Porsche App not working?

Anyone else having issues with the app?

It decided I need to login again...run through that process and am now stuck with a "Loading" and spinning circle....

Have tried reinstalling, clearing data etc etc all to no avail.

Working here indicating the Porsche side hasn’t fallen over, other things I would do if you haven’t already is restart my phone, check if I can log into My Porsche on website, go out to car and wake it up.

Mine had this for a few months.
Porsche replaced the connection box under warranty and now it works.

My issue is not being able to precondition remotely more often than not there is no connectivity and says function is not available.

Same here with precondition...the only way to make it work is to open and close the car remotely, wake it up. After that I can start precondition. This issue just started recently

Hadn't tried waking the car up. But didn't make any difference.

Then it just started working again out of the blue having been off for a couple of days.

Today used the car for a 140 miles round trip and the satnav decided to restart every 10mins. And then finally on the last 30mins of the return leg the satnav simply sat there with "loading".

It goes back in on 4th March so will be asking them for another look at the PCM.

Was serviced a couple of weeks ago and am also now getting brake fluid change messages. So am assuming the timer on that wasn't reset at service time.

Just happened again failed to precondition for the frosty morning forecast tomorrow until I unlocked the car and sent to car again. Over to you Mr. Porche assuming you are keeping an eye for customer feedback. ?

If this happens again, try going to the "Profile" tab (last one on the right at the bottom of the app) and logging in from the screen. The main "Car" tab (middle one) seems to have a bug that means you sometimes can't log in there and it gets stuck "Loading...".
