Three times in and they can't fix the Problem you have a Lemon Law.
They will Return all your money and you basically drove there car around for free.
Good Luck
That really sucks
Consumer Law here in the UK is slightly different… there is protection, but there are time constraints and it’s not that clear cut… I became quite an expert having owned a Range Rover which spent most of it’s life on the back of a break down lorry!… I don’t appear to have much luck… none of friends or family would buy a car off me!!
The issue is, I love the car!!. (unlike the RR)

I'd be interested to learn what the root cause was for that loud noise and vibration!
Because if they had already changed the gearbox (which would have been my first guess), then it's hard to imagine what else it could be.
Good luck that with the replacement of the whole system your worries are gone!!
Agreed… they’ve been scratching their heads at the dealership. It’s a lot louder when the rear seats are down and it appears that they’ve now replaced everything at the rear of the car so ??

Let's hope that in the end it's not a bent wheel... Imagine the time, money, effort wasted because nobody checked the wheels ?
Or faulty wheel bearing.

Or faulty wheel bearing.
It sounds and feels just like a faulty wheel bearing but the issue is only apparent when the car is in 1st gear, so that was discounted. It’s like a switch is flipped when the car changes into second at about 70 (when I momentarily exceed the legal speed limit!..?)

That's confusing indeed. Specially because some rpms in 1st gear should match some rpms in 2nd gear so the noise should still be present if it comes from the motor.

Anyway, hope it gets fixed. Let's us know.

My car is currently having a new part installed… I’m glad I’m not picking up the bill!!..:whew:

They sent me some photos which provide a good view of the inner workings!!.

Hopefully it will resolve the fault!!

So I have an annoying "droning" cycling noise at 60-70 mph. Started out of the box. At 1800 miles, dealer replaced left rear and right front tires. Said "fixed it". Unfortunately, problem persists. It is annoying and not sure if I should pursue any further, but I disappointed.

Absolutely you should. Depending on the Dealership they will and can pull some questionable things to get you out of the Service Department.
Stay on top of them and don't let them get away with that.
Good Luck

Had a call from the dealership earlier, they’ve completed the install and it seems to have resolved the fault!!…result! I just hope I’m not disappointed when I collect it!.
