Yes, I've searched the forum, and maybe something is there but I can't find it. I've always had some 'minor' squealing from my PCCB brakes in the rain. Recently, I had damage to one of my rotors, and replaced the rotor and all the pads. Now the brake squeal is simply embarrassing. If it is damp out, the whole neighborhood knows when I pull up to the stop sign. Only squealing at low 'just before stop' speed. Yes, I've 'bedded' the brakes, and the noise goes away for a while, but comes back the next day. The car is basically undrivable in the wet (it is just incredibly embarrassing to pull up to a stop sign or light).

Yes, I'm pretty familiar with brakes and noise having gone through maybe 50 or so sets on my race/track cars. This is really disturbing though - is there a TSB on PCCB brakes? (The service technician asked me this when I brought the car in...). Anyhow, appreciate anyone's help on this.

I haven't seen any TSBs related to PCCB noise. You're running OEM pads? What's your bed in process look like?

This is common for all PCCB’s across all brands. The thing that makes these worse is that they are on an EV where mechanical braking is used very little during normal operating conditions. Driving it hard is the only practical way to deal with this and even then it won’t be 100% effective.
