PCM 6 connection issues

Picked up car last week and been unable to connect car to App. Has anyone else with latest PCM had similar issues. The wizard does not give me the logon page. If I try the privacy and porsche connect tab it shows privacy as active but it's not highlighted so it wont let me click on it.
It's been back to dealer but now needs to be booked in for workshop diagnostic. Have to use guest access till sorted.

I picked up my car last week Thursday. I have not been able to set up my account and connect to my app, so I have had to drive the car as a guest for now.

The dealership says it must be a Porsche server issue and I should just wait for now...

BTW I do not have the colour PCM. My car was built just before that update.

I have the coloured screen think must have just crept in at the start date of them being fitted. Still waiting for the dealer to book the car in but they are having to change a dented door kick plate. So guess that will be when the part comes from Germany. In the mean time I will continue as a Guest. If you get your logon resolved before me would be pleased to hear what they did

Did you try 'using the other key fob trick' in conjunction with your secondary Porsche Connect ID?

This can sometimes work in certain scenarios.

They tried that at the dealership, sadly no go. Just have to wait and see when it goes in and they plug in the diagnostics

Ok and did they disconnect the 12v battery too (another undocumented cure all)?

Unfortunately it was Easter Saturday when I took it back, so only showroom staff in. The 2 guys who looked at it seemed quiete proficient but dont think they did the battery. Seems I've just got to wait till its booked into the workshop which is annoying as no idea how long before they get the sill plate. As waited 6 months for the car I'll enjoy it and just be patient
